By using the Monster Pro Wash website (monsterprowash.com) or hiring us for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our website or services.

2. Services

Monster Pro Wash provides exterior cleaning services — including pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, and window washing — for homes and businesses in the Columbia, Lexington, and Irmo, SC areas. All services depend on availability and scheduling.

3. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates on request. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise. Final pricing may change based on the actual condition of your property, how easy it is to access, or additional work needed once we're on site. We'll always let you know before doing any extra work.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we need to reschedule due to bad weather, there's no extra charge.

5. Payment

Payment is due when the job is complete unless we've agreed to other arrangements in advance. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not happy with the results, contact us within 48 hours and we'll come back to make it right — at no extra cost.

7. Property Access and Preparation

Please make sure we can access the areas that need cleaning, and move any personal items, vehicles, and pets away from the work area before we arrive. We're not responsible for damage to items left in the work area.

8. Liability

Monster Pro Wash is fully insured with general liability coverage. We take every precaution to protect your property. However, we're not liable for damage caused by pre-existing issues such as loose paint, deteriorating surfaces, improperly sealed windows, or damaged caulking.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Monster Pro Wash and is protected by applicable law. Please don't copy, distribute, or reuse any content without our written permission.

10. Website Use

Don't use this website for anything unlawful or in a way that could harm or disrupt the site. We reserve the right to restrict access at our discretion.
